This page contains the Store Policy. Below we will discuss our store policies including returns, refunds, shipping, handling, payments, and other important information. Please read the store policy carefully before accessing and purchasing any services and products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, engaging in our services (ie. Tarot readings), and accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to adhere to these store policies. The store policy applies to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Our store is hosted on Wix.com, Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.


 

Readings

Refunds: We provide spiritual guidance in the form of tarot readings to those who seek it, this is a completely voluntary experience. There are no refunds for readings.  Readings are a form of guidance. You are under no obligation to listen and take the advice that is given. We are in NO way a replacement for a doctor or those that seek or need medical advice, those that seek or need legal advice, or those that seek or need therapeutic assistance. 

Cancellation policies: We will allow clients to cancel or reschedule readings up to 2 hours before the scheduled reading. If you want to cancel or reschedule, please send us an email at hightarotvibrations@gmail.com

The High Tarot Vibrations Team does not assume any responsibility for the decisions you make based on your readings.


 

Products

Returns & Refunds: Due to the uniqueness and process of the products created, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges, we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. However, if we have made any mistakes with your order (including wrong products sent) we will be able to provide returns or exchanges, for up to 14 days after the date of delivery. Please contact us at hightarotvibrations@gmail.com for any concerns with your order and we will provide assistance to the best of our ability. We have restricted control of what happens to products after they are shipped, and unfortunately cannot provide refunds to orders damaged in shipping/handling/delivery process. 

Shipping & Taxes

Products will be shipped through {USPS} and will be packaged in the order they were received. Unfortunately, we are only able to ship domestically for the time being. You will receive an individualized tracking number for your order once it has shipped. Please keep in mind that we are hand making most of our products. Please allow up to 1-3 weeks for orders to ship. 

Shipping: Standard shipping is the only available option for shipping.

Note that taxes and duties will be calculated at the checkout section of your order. Any additional charges will be indicated at the checkout page. 


 

Payment

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Payments for readings will be collected at the time of purchase. Reading purchases will be handled through Square. Payments for products will be collected at the time of purchase. Product purchases will be handled through Wix Payments and PayPal.


 

Additional Information

In regards to product photos and advertisements, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that the picture quality on your device will match the color of the product you receive. 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same personal information, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in our service will be corrected.
